Where is my order?
Need to check your order status, track a shipment, or look up past purchases? You can do it all in one place—right from our Customer Portal
Once you're signed in, you’ll be able to:
- View the current status of your order and track shipments in real time
- Request an update on your order.
- Modify or cancel your order (if eligible)
- Start a return
- Report a defective product
- Report a lost or damaged package
- Access your full order history
- Print receipts or invoices
Step-by-step: How to check your order status

Log into your account at https://orders.extremeterrain.com
2. Once signed in, you’ll land on your Orders History Dashboard. Here, you’ll see all current and past orders.

Select an order to view detailed information including:
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipment tracking
- Items included
- Order status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Delivered)
If your estimated ship date is a date in the past, and you have not seen any movement on your order, you can request an update by clicking 'Request an Update'.
