Why is my order showing 'Order Hold'?
Unfortunately, not every purchase is legitimate.
Because of this, we have third-party fraud detection software that authorizes every transaction for your protection and ours.
If your order is being held, you will see the status update to 'Order Hold' through our Customer Portal along with instructions. We ask that you contact us via the phone number provided so we can assist you further.
Should our system flag an order, you may also be contacted by our team to request additional information. If the information provided is approved, you will be notified and the order will continue to process.
If the information provided is not sufficient, you will need to place a new order with updated information or an alternative payment method.
