Once you click the link above it will bring you to your account to login, then you will see under My Account the voucher/store credit available to use.
Using Your Voucher or Store Credit
If you have been issued a voucher, credit, or store credit, it will automatically appear in the checkout process when you're logged into your account.
Here's how it works:
- Log into your account before placing your order. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one with the email address associated with the original order.
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- During checkout, you’ll see your available store credit applied automatically to your order total.
- If your credit covers the full amount, you’ll be able to complete your order without entering payment details. If there’s a remaining balance, you can pay the difference with your preferred payment method.
Important Notes
- Store credits and vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the account they were issued to.
- If your store credit exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
- Store credits and vouchers may have expiration dates, so be sure to check the details provided when your credit was issued.
