Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Where Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your payment was made with a gift card, store credit, or another method, the refund will be applied to that same account.
In some cases, refunds may be issued as partial reimbursements. This means that shipping and taxes may be deducted from the refund amount and issued separately.
Store Credit Refunds
If your refund is issued as store credit/voucher, this will typically be processed within 24 hours after the carrier accepts the returned package. You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit/voucher has been applied to your account.
Tracking Your Refund
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If your refund was issued to your credit card or bank account, you should also see it reflected in your account statement.
Didn’t Receive Your Refund Yet?
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, here are a few things to check:
- Check your bank or credit card statement: Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
- Look for any email confirmations: You’ll receive an email once your return is processed and your refund is issued.
